Executive Assistant

  • Must have the gumption to provide service to all levels of the Company (including clients, senior managers, general staff, vendors and owners of the Company)
  • Must be comfortable working from 8:30 a.m. sharp to 5:30 p.m. (and on rare occasion later)


Candidate must be articulate, professional, organized, and very customer service oriented.

Account Supervisor

Vox Medica, Inc., a leading, independent health care communications company, seeks diverse perspectives to deliver inventive solutions for a growing list of clients. We are currently seeking an Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical advertising agency or medical marketing experience. The Account Supervisor will have the ability and understanding to align both strategy and tactics with the overall brand vision. They also have the duality of being able to create the underlying strategies for the brand and also "roll-up their sleeves" to execute large tactical initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree from a four (4) year, accredited college or university and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the account management field within the pharmaceutical or other health-care marketing and promotion industries (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • A minimum of three (3) years of prior staff management, development, and mentoring experience
  • A thorough understanding of pharmaceutical advertising, marketing, and strategic brand management
  • A sound understanding of regulatory and legal constraints as they affect pharmaceutical advertising and promotion

Desktop Support Technician

We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician. Candidates must be highly organized, detail, and deadline oriented. Candidates must also have an Associate’s Degree, Certification, or at least 1 year work experience supporting desktops and maintaining/administering computer networks, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Participation in off-hours support rotation will be required and the ability to lift 50 lbs. is necessary.

The Candidate will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and administering PC and Mac desktop, laptop and server class systems
  • Applications software(Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe suites, and various other specialized software)
  • Mobile user and remote access support;
  • VOIP maintenance;
  • Coordinating, and implementing IT maintenance and projects
  • Organizing and maintaining an inventory of all IT assets in addition to creating and updating IT procedures.
